RECIPE FOR THE PINK PROBIOTIC BERRY BLISS SMOOTHIE (2 portions)

  • 100g frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  • 1 tbsp protein powder

  • 1/2 dragon fruit or frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 100 ml (plant-based) milk (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Optional: 2-3 ice cubes

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. If needed, adjust the amount of milk to get your desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy – for a perfect, skin-loving glow! 💖✨
