Für mich gibt’s kaum einen besseren Start in den Tag als einen entspannten Brunch in Palma/Mallorca. Ob mit einem guten Specialty Coffee (sowieso ein Muss!!), frischem Sauerteigbrot, kreativen Frühstücksgerichten (derzeit sehr großer Fan von Turkish Eggs) oder einer fruchtigen Açaí Bowls - die wunderschöne Inselhauptstadt bietet unglaublich viele nette Frühstückslokale.
