WHITE BEANS & PARSLEY SPREAD

Since we had a delicious vegan fava bean cream in Tinos, I wanted to try a bean spread. The parsley gives the spread a beautiful colour and the cream has a very delicious taste, especially thanks to the roasted garlic.
