AUSTRIAN SOUP WITH VEGAN SEMOLINA DUMPLINGS

I especially like soups in the colder months of the year. One of my favourite soups is of course the classic Austrian semolina dumpling soup. My vegan recipe is really easy and goes super fast - it reminds me of my grandmas recipe!
