CREAMY & QUICK BEETROOT HUMMUS

Hummus is such a delicious spread and really so easy to make yourself, but it doesn't always have to be the "classic" hummus". How about a pink version with red beetroot? My simple recipe is really super quick, creamy and pretty too!
