APRICOT CHOCOLATE COCO RICE WAFFLES

Since I am a big fan of rice waffles in all variations and wanted to make a quick snack recipe with the remaining apricots from the garden, I came up with a really simple & delicious "recipe": apricot chocolate coconut rice waffles.
