You just sauté your veggies, wrap & fold everything into little squares, et voilà - you’ve got the easiest savory snack or appetizer, ready in minutes. The combination of the flavorful veggie filling (I used kale, eggplant, zucchini and spring onions) with the rice paper and soy sauce dip is so satisfying & you need to try them too!
